What data do we collect?
On the website we collect the name, email, company and message you send in an enquiry. In the system we store account details, roles and the data your company records — drawings, entries, photos, checklists and reports. We do not send names or emails into analytics events.
What is the data used for?
To provide the service, answer enquiries, manage access and improve the system. Marketing email is a separate choice and is never sent without consent.
Storage and security
Data is isolated between companies and encrypted in transit and at rest. We use reliable cloud providers within the EEA or with an appropriate transfer basis.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, export of or deletion of personal data by writing to us. If you consider the processing inadequate you can contact the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (Persónuvernd).
